Returns

At Cool Prints it's important to us that you feel completely happy with your purchase, so we have a return policy that allows 30 days for customers to return their purchase if they are not happy with the quality of their print/s or simply change their mind.

Please refer to the below to the refund eligibility conditions below:

• The item/s are still in their original condition when received by us
• The item/s are in their original packaging
• You provide the shipping tracking number once posted

You must contact the Cool Prints team BEFORE sending any products back to us so that we can send confirm your refund eligibility and send further instructions. Any products posted without first contacting us to confirm the process won't be eligible to be refunded.

Damaged Products

Each print is packaged with care, however if you receive a product that's been damaged please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your product so that we can work with you to make it right.
